What a fun, strong showing from the kidz at CSM - we especially loved the first third of this massive, 190 look show. While the men's looks were definitely the weak link, the women's wear showed spunk & exuberance from the future Stellas, Gallianos & McQueens. Some of the looks that FT loved:

  • beige sleeveless top with chandelier-sized baubles paired with crinkled, jodhpur-y pants
  • black high-waisted short with layers of ruching & pin-tucking, a balloon-mini skirt sleeveless jumper with black tights over black leggings
  • massively oversized trench in muted blue with pale blue outline trim
  • mustard'y yellow sleeveless top with matching enormous beads & beguilingly strange belt-meets-sling-meets-toolbelt accessory
  • khaki raincoat of epic, ground-dragging proportions & carpet bag already handily covered in a sheet of clear protective plastic, and a more Viktor & Rolf version - non ground dragging, but with hood & asymmetric ruffles reminiscent of V&R's Victorian "bedroom" collection where the models literally wore their pillows down the runway
  • a shift with a cutout block of black against grey
