Allow me to point out the several egregious errors occurring here:

1)BILLOWY TOP-You can't see from the front (it's really hard to look inconspicuous snapping a pic of someone on the street from the forward position), but this top is as billowy as a hot air balloon.  She may have been pregnant, but I don't think that was the case.  I understand the need for a breezy, loose shirt in the heat but let's not go crazy here.  If you feel the need to have a wind tunnel graze your stomach, sit home in front of a fan, don't wear a top that makes you look blatantly chubby.

2)  THOSE JEANS!-Oh Lord, where do we begin.  The length they were butchered to is not what we would call flattering.  Unless you are pencil slim and model tall, at or above the knee is best for cut-offs.  4 inches below the knee makes someone who is not that tall look to have an oompa-loompa stature.  Then there is the almost acid-wash colour.  I don't mind doing a light jean, but these are way too wishy washy a colour, and given her styling choices, a dark colour would be more slimming.  Of course, it doesn't help that she is on the verge of wedgie-dom either- obviously, the fit of the jean isn't perfect.

3) COWBOY BOOTS?-Ok, If I am not mistaken, this girl isn't Mary Kate Olsen.  So why is she clomping around the city in played out shoes?  And if you are going to make the oversight of fashion and slip into the most boring, overdone, played out accessory of the season (when the New York Times and some Midwestern Papers run a feature on cowboy boots, you have to give them up), at least wear them with short shorts, a mini skirt or drainpipes.  Anything that resides between mid-thigh and mid-calf should NEVER, EVER, EVER be worn with boots.  It makes your legs look about 3 inches long, because you have effectively truncated them in 2 places. 

Overall, not a good look!
