"Cool chambrays and shades of pink feature prominently in the collection," says Lubov Azria, Chief Creative Officer for BCBG Max Azria about Spring 2014. "Black and light cool-gray set the backdrop for colorful prints with a mixture of warm and cool tones such as Begonia Pink, Vine Green and Bright Yellow." She chose pink, in particular, because it never fails to feel fresh as a fashion color. At home, too. "A classic chair repainted to Begonia Pink," she adds, provides a "bright pop of color that gives more traditional pieces a modern update that stands out and makes a statement against a neutral backdrop."
What a lovely idea - a stylish chair with timeless lines in an eyepopping shade of pink is always welcome in my home!
