Even before his star turn on Bravo's "Launch My Line," we've long been huge fans of Patrick McDonald - his taste level, dandified fashion sense, and impeccable (old world, almost) manners that have always helped put a more dignified and polite face on the pushy tackiness of New York Fashion Week.
