The fabulous Harper's Bazaar EIC turns her discerning eye on the competition's five remaining designers. She's an elimination judge and will also be judging the Harper's Bazaar Mini Challenge, for which she'll be joined by one of Michelle Obama's fave designers, Isabel Toledo, to assess the contestants' skills at draping - a difficult and highly-revered fashion design skill...made more difficult by the contestants have only 20 minutes and 12 pins with which to turn 2 yards of shimmery silk charmeuse into an outstanding creation.
