If it wouldn't look out of place in a Baudelairian cabinet of curiosities, it was probably designed by Natalia Brilli, the award-winning Belgian-born accessories designer who worked as Oliver Theyskens's accessories designer at Rochas. Known for her oversized pearl sautoir necklaces - adorned with gloveskin leather, bows and vintage cameos - she finds inspiration in Victorian era aesthetics, Dario Argento's horror flicks, and 17th century Vanity paintings...which is no doubt where these fabulous skull "bags" derive their name of "Vanity."
