Chloe Sevigny Shows How to Rock the 80s

A thrift-store and eBay (winner of a Fashiontribes Editor's Fave Award for Best Shopping Site) aficionado, Sevigny believes in the fashion power of fabulous footwear.  "I definitely spend the most money on shoes," she recently admitted to ELLE magazine. "Partly because vintage footwear can be a little funky - in a bad way. I like to keep things pretty simply up top and then go weird with the shoes."  Currently, she's on the hunt for pointy-toe boots to rock with a fabulous blazer over high-waist jeans.
