For the cover of the V Magazine 2008 Fall Preview which just hit newsstands, photographer Mario Testino got tongues wagging. "People are going to say my butt is showing too much in these," admits the Brazilian bombshell Bundchen, "but…This is V Magazine- if you’re going to do something like that, you do it for V.” Not surprisingly, the paparazzi were circling less than five minutes after the shoot had begun, trying to snag lucrative shots of the high profile shoot. "This shoot was fast, fun and fabulous," notes Julie Anne Quay, Executive Editor of V Magazine. “It is so great to be able to share these sexy images of Gisele with our readers! Needless to say- skin is in."
In addition to highlighting her more obvious charms, the accompanying interview covers her decade as a model; her views on fashion (“I work in fashion but I’m not really a fashion person. I don’t follow trends. I couldn’t tell you which designer made that shoe or that bag. I like jeans."); the environment (yes, she even blogs about the subject); and even other people's opinions. “People will always have an opinion. Some people look at me and say, ‘I can’t believe this girl is even working. She should be a cleaning lady.’”
