We recently covered these funky neon Tom Binns non-watches, and while there isn't a fashionista doesn't crush on his jewelry, the prices are generally less than crushable. So the fabulously enterprising craft mavens at Naughty Secretary Club figured out how to replicate the look with broken mens' watches from the flea market (around $1 each) and some cans of flourescent Krylon paint.
They made step-by-step photo instructions, and should you be thinking "um, hello, I'm sure I can figure out how to spray paint something" - trust us, they'll save you from having to waste time scraping thick unsexy layers of paint off - which obscure the watch, and therefore the point of the accessory - forcing you to start over again instead of starting to wear them.
