Made from Die Cast Zinc with a disctinctive cut-off corner octagonal base, this "powder-coated" blue 1940's Stromberg-Carlson 1222 Deskset telephone was used in independent telephone company territories in mostly rural areas throughout the U.S.
Fully reconditioned with care by a collector/hobbyist who worked for a telephone company for over thirty years, this Stromberg is not only worthy of admiration, but actually works with today's phone systems & comes equipped with a line cord & connector to a standard phone jack.
