There's something undeniably humorous about this spectacle on the Viktor and Rolf runway. The idea of built-in lighting to highlight the wearer wherever she may end up is no doubt a commentary on the tell-all-blogging-and-YouTube generation; however, it's fun to have a little social insight with your fashion. Theatrics aside - along with the teetering painted clogs which accurately embody the true spirit of klompen, as they're called in Dutch - the collection was replete with wearable skirt ensembles, trenches and dresses.
