NYC is Going After Your First Amendment Rights. Sign an Online Petition Today - Thursday - to Fight Back.
Yet more proof about the disturbing direction of the current administration: the NYC Mayor's Office is attempting to sneak into law - tomorrow! - a prohibition against two or more people using a camera (still or moving) in any public location without a permit & proof of a one million dollar liability insurance policy.
What?!!!
Not only would photographers, filmmakers, local residents & tourists affected, but so would NYC's legendary street photography, indie filmmaking, and a slew of other new media projects.
The public comment period ends tomorrow (Friday), so please, please take the 1 minute and sign this petition by midnight tonight - along with anyone else you can recruit - to help put a stop to this.
