Trained in fine art, her designs are influenced by thinking of the body as a sculpture. "I try to let the shapes be created with the body, not around it," notes the designer about her unconventional approach to draping the human form. "The balance in my collection is found in the mixing of opposites; loose silhouettes matches with tapered shapes or elegant cuts with a raw finish."
