The winning creation for 2006 boggles the mind with the marvels that are possible with only glitter glue, duct tape & yards of toilet paper.
Using only toilet paper, glue & any kind of tape, whip up a wedding dress & headpiece and submit photos to their Official Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Judging Panel - who will evaluate the entries, and award the lucky winner a cool $500. “Last year’s contest was a blast.” says Cheap-Chic's Laura Gawne. “The gowns turned out so lovely and some projects even became community efforts. We look forward to seeing the new entries this year.”
