Bi-coastal fashion house Libertine will produce the next limited-edition collection for GO, Target's innovative program designed to offer up ashion created by world renowned designers at reasonable prices. Libertine designers Cindy Greene and Johnson Hartig will launch their collection in mid July, after which it will only be available for 60 days at Target.com.
