FASHIONWEEK Fall 2007: Cool Giant Knits & Other Protective Shapes from Daks by Giles Deacon. FASHIONTRIBES FASHION BLOG
As part of the clothing-as-armor trend sweeping the Fall 2007 runways, these aggressive - but, oddly enough, cozy at the same time - knits, slightly stiff funnels of fabric encircling the neck & shoulders, and headgear reminiscent of solar panels on a home (and resting on the head at the same angle) give Daks a cool, fun vibe.
