With the biggest party of the year just around the corner, a city renowned for its festive vibe is gearing up for New Year's Eve. In addition to hundreds of bars, night clubs and supper clubs, Montreal also boasts legal raves, after-hours clubs, and even a liberal sprinkling of contact- and non-contact strip clubs in the downtown area that are open until last call at 3 am. "Eye games are the starting point for everyone," notes Nikki Vacchiano, a bartender at a trendy downtown supper club."People live like it's a romantic music video, and when tourists stroll in and see this they automatically feel the vibe."
