Gwen Stefani & Coty Making Fragrance "Music" !
Gwen Stefani's The Sweet Escape just got seriously "sweeter" thanks to her deal with Coty Inc. to create the first of what will be one of many fragrances for Coty! Check out the LA Story for the latest 411 on this development and extension of the L.A.M.B. brand and how fast Gwen Stefani's empire is growing!

Interesting that so many of these music stars and celebrities want their own fragrance now. I suppose, we all know that their names sell. Paris Hilton hasn't been too popular with her stuff though, it seems.
I wonder how Gwen Stefani's brand will do in this arena. She's definitely not the girl that we remember from the band 'No Doubt' that's for sure. Then she was the slightly post-grunge, angry girl next door. Now she's turned out to be a full blown supermodel with a sweet perfume fragrance. I have to say, I am a little disappointed, but more because of her new music than her image, I suppose.
Well, congratulations to Gwen Stefani. I'm still hoping for a No Doubt reunion someday – maybe the whole band can then release their own fragrance! No doubt this won't happen.

Talking about celebrity perfumes, I've heard that Prince is also releasing his own perfume called '3121.' Another site said that it's dubbed to smell like a 'kaleidoscope of rich florals.' In typical Prince style, I guess, his fragrance is intended for women and not men. Now, i don't know what that means. Is it that he prefers to wear womans perfume? Or that he is claiming to know what a women should smell like? 'Xquisite, Myserious, Xotic,' is the slogan. Mysterious indeed, if you ask me!
It's also apparently named after his new album... hmmm... a new album? That was also news to me! Ok, I'm sorry. I'm being a bit rough on the guy. Personally, I just wish I had his guitar skills! But not so much his taste in fashion...
