In the warmer months, the gorge outdoor garden is a wonderful spot to hang with your posse, in amongst the the black-and-white pix of rock n' roll legends.

• flat rice noodles in a creamy coconut broth with juicy lobster and galangal flowers
• braised pork belly over pea shoots
