Of all the girls whom I thought might support my tights-and-shorts-are-pretty theory, for some reason Amber Tamblyn never came to mind. Maybe this is because I don't really know what she does-her show where she saw God frequently and had handicapped Jason Ritter as a brother was canceled and her "book" of poems didn't seem to get much buzz. She did, however, look totally spiffy at this outing, where she dons my much preached about favorite winter look with cute shoes. WHile I would go with opaque tihgts, she definitely has the look. Go, Amber!
