Karl Lagerfeld Plays with Fire (Etchings)
A new exhibition showcasing the Kaiser's photography just went up in St. Moritz, Switzerland at Galerie Gmurzynska through March 23, 2013. "Karl Lagerfeld: Fire Etchings" is a collection of large-scale backlit glass on which images of models Freja Behan Erichsen & Aymeline Valada and the rapper Theophilus London have been etched onto the surface using fire. Gmurzynska has repped Lagerfeld & his photography for over 20 years, during which time he's also had solo exhibitions at the Musée d’Art Moderne, Paris; The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; The Israel Museum, Jerusalem; and the Chateau de Versailles.
