For at least 15 minutes - actually, since it was launched in 1892 & acquired by Condé Nast in 1909 - Vogue has been in the spotlight, trendmaking & fashioning the careers of illustrators & photographers including Irving Penn, Erté, Erwin Blumenfeld, Eduardo Benito, Annie Leibovitz & Mario Testino.
