Meet Your New Friends in the Jewelry Biz
An interesting new trend in wedding jewelry is to wear the engagement ring on the left hand and the wedding band on the right. Splitting them up like this would be a fabulous option for a fashionista who can't decide between two styles - 'cuz now you can do both!
But whatever you end up selecting, be sure not to leave ring-perusing & -choosing until the last minute. Allow a good 4-6 weeks for your bling to arrive because wedding rings are generally made-to-order.
Which is certainly case with Oscar's in Los Angeles.
Located in the International Jewelry Center in Downtown L.A., they have been dubbed the area's "finest jewelry store". And not just for the quality of their gemstones & workmanship, but for a good selection - they have a ton of the mega-popular Simon G engagement rings to chose from. Plus customer service. "If you are in the area, you are very welcome to stop by even if it's just to say hello!" notes the eponymous owner, a graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) with more than two decades of experience working as a craftsman, appraiser and designer of fine jewelry. "We look forward to meeting you and will be happy to check and clean your jewelry at no charge to you."
