Chartreuse in the News
Halfway between yellow and green is a cool color named for a French liqueur introduced in 1764. Chartreuse is an offbeat shade that grounds well against hues like army-drab, sexing it up, or acts as sophisticated bright when juxtaposed against neutrals like black. It's been popping up up late in bags (Alexander Wang), shoes (Devi Kroell), jewelry (Mawi necklace & Erickson Beamon brooch) and for pre-Fall 2013 at Michael Kors.
