Leader of the (Fashion) Pack: Who Rules the Sartorial Twitter-verse
Whether or not you're bananas for her, there's no denying Rachel Zoe's fashion-world clout - or, in Social Media parlance: her Pull.
Compiled by the social-tracking geniuses at PeekAnalytics, Pull compares someone's Twitter account to an "average" Twitter account in order to see how connected the followers are across 60 social sites. The more connected & "important" are the followers, the more influential a Twitterer is & the higher the Pull score.
For example, if an "average" Twitter account is 1x, then 2x would mean twice as much influence. Why? The 2x-Twitter has an audience containing a greater number of "important" people who are influential across the various social sites, meaning that any tweets by 2x are more likely to be read, acted on and/or re-tweeted far and wide. And courtesy of her 1.3+ million followers, in The Land of 140 Characters Or Less, Ms. Zoe reigns supreme with a Pull score that's truly chic & magnifique: 972x! And on the podium with her, in second & third place respectively are Betsey Johnson (of all things) and Michael Kors (which makes more sense).
Here are the Top 20 most influential Fashion Folk on Twitter based on their PeekAnalytics Pull scores:
