You can...just as soon as the first 52-story Missoni-designed condo tower, the MISSONIHOME, rises in Manila.
The project being developed in the Philippine capital by Century Properties Group will contain 645 units, one to three bedroom units ranging in size from 27 square meters to 140 sqm. As a Missoni joint, expect bold hues, really cool furnishings & energetic shapes - like The Canopy. A two-level extravaganza located at the building's skydeck, the lower lovel houses event spaces, a business center, gym, Jacuzzi, libary & spa; the upper level features a lounge, DJ booth, dance floor, BBQ facilities, amphitheater and even a pool with swim up bar.
And tying both levels together is a fanciful organic wire-mesh tree that meanders up to the mezzanine floor, where one is encouraged to dine al fresco or just hang out and enjoy the amazing view. "With floating lights, patterned surfaces, Missoni shapes and forms guiding the landscape, The Canopy provides a true Missoni lifestyle experience, a blend of art and function that completely redefines the condo living experience," notes Project Head and Century Managing Director Marco Antonio. "Living in a MISSONIHOME-designed address is a rare lifestyle experience."
And for residents that still want more-more-more, there will be a private collection of special units to choose from, the Acqua Privé, which will include a Townhouse, Sky Garden, Private Garden & Penthouse, all infused with a tropical rainforest feel - including a four-story central area with three waterfalls - being billed as the country's first residential Eden. "MISSONIHOME is known for creating its own style that reflects a celebration of life,” adds Vittorio Missoni, the brand's Marketing Director. "Our brand is an experience of happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity, style and elegance. We are inspired by the seasons of nature and we play with color because life is more beautiful with color."
And just how much will all this beauty and color cost ya? For the first trance, expect prices to start at around USD $82,000 top out at just over $600,000.
