Shaken & Stirred at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival 2012
What started over a decade ago as a one-day shindig at the School of Hospitality & Toursim at Florida International University (FIU) has since morphed into a full-on Festival hosted by the Food Network and presented by Food & Wine. Last year, 55,000 guests created a new record in ticket sales, and 2011 also marked the release of the official "Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Cookbook: Recipes and Behind-the-Scenes Stories from America's Hottest Chefs" written by Lee Brian Schrager with Julie Mautner, featuring a foreword by Anthony Bourdain.
