Lady Gaga in Jean Paul Gaultier at the 2009 MTV VMAs

Lady Gaga looked suitably over-the-top and theatrical on the red carpet in a black lace JPG dress with a dragon-print silk underlay from the Fall/Winter ready-to-wear collection, with an elaborate neckpiece by up-and-coming London accessories designer Keko Hainswheeler. Gaga later celebrated winning a Best New Artist VMA for "Poker Face" in a futuristic padded silk corset/bodysuit from Gaultier Paris Couture.  The lady may be all sorts of things...but she (and, of course her stylists, Nicola Formichetti & Emily Eisen) certainly has impeccable taste in designers.
