At the 2009 SAG Awards, the Slumdog Millionaire star walked the red carpet in what looked like a bridesmaids dress for a themed wedding. Was her stylist, George Kotsiopoulos, inspired by the frou frou of 27 Dresses or perhaps pulling from PromGirl.com? Au contraire, it was actually Marchesa...which means the $210 Prom Girl version is definitely the better deal. However, the rest of these fabulous frocks prove she has a fun sense of style when it comes to fashion, especially the white drapey Zac Posen and black shimmery Jean Paul Gaultier. "It's not hard to get clothes for her," Kotsiopoulos recently acknowledged to WWD about the former model-turned-actress who hails from India's Mumbai. "Some people bent over backwards from the start and some didn't, but after the Golden Globes (where Slumdog won several awards, including Best Motion Picture-Drama), she was on most designers' lists." And they're on hers, which includes Derek Lam, Azzaro, Roland Mouret, Gaultier Couture, and Indian jewelry designer Amrapali.
