The economy, the Iraq quagmire, Britney's current mental state...blah, blah, blah. What inquiring minds really wanna know is what the fabulous Michelle Obama will be wearing on Inauguration Day in January. "Just about everyone yearns to dress Michelle, who could raise the profile of American fashion around the world," enthuses a breathless WWD. "The American fashion industry hasn't had a catch this big since, well, since another icon of Democratic chic took up residency on Pennsylvania Avenue in 1961." While Michelle O's style maybe more "lowercase democratic" than Jackie O's, she's similarly well educated, worldly and stylish.
