75 Defining Moments in Fashion - Week 2

At the beginning of the month, fash insiders began voting at WWD.com/definingfashion on the most pivotal fashion moments ever, culled from a comprehensive list of 75 unforgettable moments in fashion history chosen by WWD's editors. During each week of the month-long vote, 25 new moments will be revealed for everyone to vote on. The #1 Defining Moment in Fashion will be revealed on Entertainment Tonight and WWD.com on September 2.

For Week 2, fashion insiders, industry experts and fashionistas at large put on the shortlist:
