Sarah Jessica Parker Pulls a Carrie Bradshaw on the Red Carpet

Ah, finally! After an interminably long wait, fashionistas the world over are thrilled to ditch the re-runs and get a fresh fix of Sex and the City. Who really cares about the plot. What matters most about the movie? Carrie's outfits, Carrie's outfits, and, of course, Carrie's outfits.

Sarah Jessica Parker rocked an Alexander McQueen custom frock to the London premiere paired with almost 100 carats worth of blinding Fred Leighton diamonds - a 75 carat 1930s corsage bracelet, European-cut drop earrings (7.5 carats a piece), and a delicate 19th Century diamond cluster ring. Milliner Philip Treacy designed this Isabella Blow-worthy butterfly & greenery cocktail confection sprouting from her head (although I do pity the person who had to sit behind her during the screening.)
