Fall 2008 Fashion Week: Backstage Makeup Trends from MAC

Fall 2008 makeup trends New York Fashion Week MAC Gucci Westman Sari GueronThe shiny skin of seasons past is now being muted to more of an "eggshell" finish, according to Christopher Del Castillo, a Senior makeup artist with MAC, with contoured cheeks (think subtle, not Studio 54). Also, eyes are smudgy in shades of slate and wet concrete, and topped off with mascara - a fall must-have according to Del Castillo. "She's the girl we all want to be," explains makeup artist Gucci Westman who keyed the makeup for MAC at Sari Gueron (right). "She doesn't take hours to do her makeup and she still looks good."
