Fall 2008 Fashion Week: Tiffany Koury Does Victorian Social with Matching Makeup from Rimmel
Inspired by Tiffany Koury's Victorian Social in Hollywood theme for Fall 2008, professional makeup maven Jo Strettell for Rimmel came up with an equally eyecatching look to match. SKIN
Start by smoothing out and balancing the skin tone with a light primer. For a

EYES

LIPS

Tip! Blot with a tissue, then take a Q-tip and gently wipe around the lip line to soften the pencil line for a soft, creamy, stain.
