(photos from NewYorkMetro.com)
Summary: A surprisingly low key collection from the exuberant Brazilian, the show opened with the usual vibe of brightly colored dresses & lined coats – in this case, scarlet with leopard – which then gave way to a muted, but shimmery, khaki trench, a taupe one-shouldered evening column, an offwhite encrusted lace top with shimmery oyster walking shorts, print chiffon caftans, and teal chiffon – both as a layer’y babydoll & a floor-length red carpet frock.
Color Palette: scarlet with leopard, shimmery khaki, teal, blush, silvery grey, taupe
Textures & Details: layers of chiffon, beading & embellishment, floral fabric rosettes
Key Looks: tea dress with spaghetti straps & a red bodice, khaki body & black lace hem; oyster lace embellished top with taupe shantung walking shorts; white one-shouldered column for the red carpet with a wide floral rosette bodice
