Dear Chief: I’m a Doll on a mission. For the past few weeks I have been combing the city in search of the perfect pair of glasses for my face. Sadly, I have had no luck in my quest. Please help me find the perfect frames. - Sincerely, Blind Confusion

How, Confused: Your problem, Young Stylista, although seemingly agonizing, is actually quite easy to solve. Don't fret, The Chief is here to help.

• OVAL If you have an oval face, your face shape has balanced proportions. In order to maintain your natural balance, look for frames that are the same width as - but no wider than - the broadest part of your face.
• ROUND If your face is round, the goal is to create bone structure visually. Try angular, narrow frames such as cateye shapes.
• HEART SHAPED To minimize the width of the top of the face, try frames that are wider at the bottom and incorporate only light colors—rimless styles are a good bet.
• SQUARE Finally, if your face is square with both a broad jaw line & equally broad forehead, you’re going to want to make your face look longer, and soften the angles as well. Choose frames that are narrow, more horizontal than vertical, and wider than the widest part of your face.

Trolling the town for fodder for her fab In List Videopodcast, Najwa Moses was recently at a loft party filled with "tall, beautiful Swedish people with small boobs" in Williamsburg. Suddenly, a seemingly normal looking middle-aged type - albeit with "teeth that looked like they had been bashed in" - sidled up, with the slick opening line: "you're on TV." Once he made it clear he had actually watched the In List, he swooped in for the kill. "He leaned in and before I could do anything, he planted this big, sloppy kiss right on my mouth!" Ah, such is the price of internet fame.

And what trends have registered on Ms. Najwa's finely calibrated trend-o-meter this week?

• COLOR, COLOR, COLOR Shedding their stereotypical all-black-at-night, trendy New Yorkers are opting for all shades of the rainbow. "People are wearing creams, oranges, polos in lavender, funky ties in different colors. Women are in different shades of reds and blue...plus lots of sparkle. Also, combinations such as lime green with hot pink."
• MAKE LIKE A MODERN DANDY A menswear look that gets big kudos from Ms.In List is taking classically cut apparel, and adding accents of colorful shoelaces, ties, hats & belts.
• A WORD OF CAUTION: BE TASTEFUL To avoid ending up as a Glamour Don't, heed this bit of advice from Naj: If you're going to sport myriad colors in the same outfit, don't show too much skin, and keep the cuts/silhouettes classic. "Make it tasteful!"

Where fashion ends & lifestyle begins is a line becoming ever more blurred. In July, the Sixty Group will unveil their $20 million renovation - the Sixty Hotel - located in Riccione on Italy's Adriatic coast.

"I tried to make a hotel that would attract guests to come here and hang out," Sixty co-owner Wichy Hassan recently told WWD about the hipster haven which features egg-shaped windows, walls with light panels, and groovy furnishings. "It seems to me that hotels today are rather boring." The antidote, apparently, includes webcams in every room, brightly colored walls and furniture, and rooms individually designed and decorated - and in some cases graffiti'd & stenciled - by 30 young artists.  If this one goes swimmingly, another six may open over the next three years in cities like Barcelona, Dubai and Los Angeles. via WWD.

Its curled gray banquettes lining the terracotta walls, and elegantly appointed tables - of which there are a scant 11! - give off a romantic & cozy air. This homey yet chic addition to Chelsea almost feels like you're at home, because it is a family-owned restaurant.

Come on a very empty stomach because there are myriad pizzas, appetizers, and entrees to choose from & try. Highly recommended: roasted eggplant flan with pesto and marinated tomatoes; Trebbaino white wine pancetta & shaved fennel; fennel pollan carpaccio of tuna - all of which are delectable. Pasta is an absolute must at Tre Dici, especially the spinach ravioli “plin” pinche filled with ramps, borage, and fava beans served in a brown butter and banyuls. It was also impossible not to finish every sumptuous bite of seared veal medallions served with wild mushrooms and black truffle ravioli marsala. And don't forget to ask for a side of creamed spinach with marscapone and parmesan cheese.

Whether you're looking for somewhere to drop by for a solo glass of wine or to celebrate with a large group, Tre Dici always makes you feel like part of the family.
